The objective of the training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to identify, assess, and manage environmental and social risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, protecting ecosystems and communities, and fostering sustainable development through effective monitoring, reporting, and implementation of mitigation measures. Key objectives include understanding ESS principles, performing Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Social Impact Assessments (SIAs), developing Environmental and Social Safeguard Plans (ESMPs), and managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
